Mentoring that puts wellbeing at the heart of career growth

Support someone navigating the messy, high-pressure parts of work you’ve already lived through, reflect on your own priorities and patterns, and connect with professionals who care about building healthier, sustainable ways of working.

Imagine finishing a mentoring session knowing you’ve made a real difference not only to someone’s career, but their wellbeing too.

You’ve faced demanding stakeholders, endless to-dos, and blurred boundaries. Now you can help your mentee set realistic goals, handle tough conversations, and protect their energy, while gaining new perspectives on your own ways of working.

You help your mentee gain confidence, you get better at mentoring along the way, and you play a real part in shaping a program that puts wellbeing first.

That’s what this mentoring program helps you do: give meaningful support, learn in the process, and be part of a community that values practical experience and balance.
