Hi, I'm Diana, a multi-hyphenate professional, proud generalist and lover of all things travel, people and personal development.

I’ve spent most of my career in big organisations, leading projects, making big visions happen, and helping teams get things done faster. In the last couple of years, I’ve started reshaping my work to reflect more of what matters to me. I’ve always picked up new things and followed my curiosity, which means I’ve never quite fit into one box - and I’ve finally stopped trying to. Now, alongside project management, I also focus on coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and speaking, with a mission to create spaces that help people rediscover themselves at work and beyond.

The idea for tired.less came to me in bursts (mainly during periods of soul searching).

And if there is one thing I always found myself trying to crack, it was achieving a state of harmony between work and all the other blocks in my life. Over time, I've gotten a lot of clarity on helpful and less helpful behaviours and how I’d like harmony to exist in my life. And I am using the word "harmony" intentionally because I have learned the hard way that there is no such thing as a stable balance (sorry to break it to you).

Somewhere along the way, we’ve fallen into the trap of believing that we must always be productive and do it all really well. We strive to become masters of multitasking, believing that spreading ourselves thin across countless commitments is the key to a fulfilling life. Moving through the motions instead of living the motions.

Imagine a life where we can devote our time and energy to a select few things that truly matter to us, without feeling guilty or overwhelmed.

Let’s redefine what it means to be successful.

I invite you to share your thoughts and questions - after all, we're all in this in one way or another!

Thank you for being here and I hope you join me in this complex, but exciting journey of clarity, connection and curiosity.
